RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS

With Giell you can count on easy returns or warranty claims. All you need to do is call or email us with your request, and we'll take care of everything.

RETURN GUIDELINES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase

  • You can return your order* for a full refund up to 30 DAYS after you received it. We will even pay for the return shipping cost.

Your order was received damaged, or the item you received is not working properly

  • Just contact us by phone or email and we will immediately send you a replacement. If we need you to return the damaged / defective goods, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

You want to return product(s), but it's been more than 30 days

  • So long as the product(s) has not been used, we will accept returns up to 90 DAYS after your purchase. Please note that after the 30 days initial return period has passed, a store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund.

Expedited Shipping Exception

  • The original shipping cost will be refunded upon return only up to the cheapest shipping option available at the time of purchase. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.

* Product return restrictions

  • Nail acrylic products or hand sanitizer cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • State board testing kits can only be returned if, and only if, all items are unused, still sealed and in their original condition.
  • Products sold as a kit cannot be partially returned (i.e. all kit items must be returned to be eligible for a refund).
  • Only 1 free return per customer per 90-day period.
